Verpra (VTI) was established in 2003 by seasoned wireless industry executives Our vision of Swadeshi (indigenous) Wireless Sapne (Dreams) is to design, manufacture and sell indigenous wireless devices to serve the rapidly growing market of Indian wireless subscribers. At Verpra we have understood their needs and developed processes and solutions to provide an optimum solution for the Indian customer. We provide a complete array of Wireless Telecommunications products, from high-end Fixed Wireless Terminals to a wide array of wireless accessories.
We are well positioned in India, have access to needed resources, operate in the fixed and wireless business space. On an average, we anticipate an annual return of 200% over a period of next 5 years.
We will tap the local software talent pool to develop products that have been customized for Indian subscribers. We intend to successfully compete against imported devices based both on cost advantages and differentiated product features developed to satisfy local requirements. Our intent is to position our products as high-quality, high value-add, alternatives to existing imported, high priced wireless devices which do not fully address the local markets.
Board of Directors Mr. Sanjay Verma

Mr. Verma brings tremendous value to the team with his understanding of the CDMA terminal development and the Indian markets. He has over a decade of experience in the wireless industry. His expertise lies in developing wireless terminals, especially in managing the supply side of the product development. He has worked extensively with Asian vendors. He was a member of the highly successful QUALCOMM team that brought CDMA technology to India. At Sprint PCS, the first all digital, nationwide network in the US, his was responsible for driving the specifications and designs of CDMA-based subscriber equipment for vendors like Sanyo, LGIC, Denso etc.. Later, he assumed the strategic responsibility for defining the business implications of technical developments at Sprint. Mr. Verma holds an MSEE and an MBA, both from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Dr. Satya Prasad
Co-founder and Sr. V. P. Supply Chain Management
Dr. Prasad add a lot of value to our efforts with his understanding of the ASIC level design and development issues. He has more than twenty years of experience in the wireless industry. His expertise lies in developing wireless ASICs and managing the vendors. He has worked extensively with Asian vendors, especially in China, Korea and Taiwan. Among his recent business achievement is the facilitation of vendor supplier relationship between Hyundai Corporation and United Telecom (of India). Earlier Dr. Prasad was heading a ASIC development group at Qualcomm Inc., of San Diego. Prior to that, Dr. Prasad served for several years as a member of ASIC development team out of Motorola’s facility at Schaumburg, Illinois. Dr. Prasad holds a PhD in Electronics from the University of Minnesota, USA.

Dr. B. J. Jang *
CEO of Zicro corporation, Korea
Dr. Jang bring s wealth of CDMA technical expertise and experience to the group. He was among the first to bring the CDMA technology to Korea. Over years he has served as the technical expert at various wireless equipment manufacturers, including Hyundai, before he became CEO of Innostream Inc., In 2003, Dr. Jang started his own company, ZICRO corporation to design and develop CDMA module.
